Summer

With our travel plans nixed due to finances we will basically be spending the summer in Tennessee (where's a padded, soundproof room when you need one?). It will be an adjustment, especially for me. Here are a few things we have to look forward to:

Fresh fruit (ripe blueberries, raspberries, strawberries can't be beat)

Phillip's family coming to visit

My family coming to visit

Grilling out (which we do almost year round but it is especially delicious in the summer)

Ice Cream Truck (it has been years and years since I bought anything from the ice cream man but we plan on flagging him down a few times this summer)

Father's Day

Tan lines (gotta love a good farmers tan)

David's high school graduation (Phillip is able to go home for this special event)

Water Day at daycare (every Friday)

Kona Ice at daycare (every Tuesday)

Our 7th wedding anniversary (June)

Going to the pool

Playing outside

Going to the park

Family Birthdays - mom, me, Andrea, dad, Aunt Diane, Phillip, Ellen, Kelly, Crystal, Cade (in that order ranging from June 15th to Sept 27th - mom and Cade technically have spring and fall birthdays but close enough!)

July 4th festivities

Chuck E. Cheese (planning to use our leftover tokens from when dad was here a few months ago)

Riding bikes

Milo's sweet tea (tastes like summer)
