Happy Fathers Day & Happy Anniversary

Happy Fathers Day to my beloved Phillip (this post is a little belated due to vacation!)

 Ellen and I adore you.  George and Lucy think you are the greatest.  We hope you know how much we all love you.

And Happy 5 Year Anniversary today - may the best years be yet to come.

Highlights from Vacation

We just came home today from a weeks vacation with the Belch and Clauset Families.  We went to Fairfield Glade, TN near Crossville. (Only about 2 hours drive for us).  We enjoyed the pool, lake with a "beach", tetherball, the horse stable and playing with cousin Ashling.  Here are a few pictures from our summer adventure.  

JUNE

June has always been one of my favorite months because of summer (no school) and because of my birthday (I will be 29 in less than 2 weeks!) But June is also the month of my mom and sisters' birthdays, my wedding anniversary (5 years on the 21st) and the anniversary of when Phillip and I first met (11 years ago on the 25th). And coming up Sunday...Father's Day, which is even more special now that Phillip is a dad. On a not so festive note, June is also when we have dentist appointments. Has it been 6 months already? I go tomorrow and I am dreading it! We don't always go on a vacation in June but we are this year. And I am going to Houston, TX tomorrow for work- just a quick trip to do some customer service training with our call center there... so it seems even more busy than usual. It is a fun and hectic time.

Just wanted to say that we are looking forward to the many months to come- It has been great watching Ellen grow and change.  I wish she would slow down a bit with the growth... I am going to miss this stage in her life.  She looks different every day!
