This afternoon we went to Matt and Sara Jo's to drop off Ashling's birthday presents. George and Tracy kindly took them back to NC so we wouldn't have to ship them. We played a little bit before heading to church. I am glad we were all able to worship together. Ellen sat with Tracy at the beginning of the service (it was so cute watching them together) and then she colored with Savannah for a while. She eventually made her way down the pew and ended up on my lap. We cuddled while singing songs, some of which I had not sung in a long time. I didn't realize how much I missed worshipping with friends until tonight.
Ellen really liked Cole's new guitar. Maybe living in Music City is a good thing afterall :)
