We celebrated Lilly's birthday this past Saturday. She opened presents* - Yoshi's Woolly World (game for Wii U), flipeez hat (thanks for the suggestion Hannah), new dress and leggings (which she wanted to wear that day), dry erase markers, puzzle, ball and a beanie boo from Aunt Diane - and then we met Kendra and Laurie at Chuck E. Cheese where we racked up a lot of tickets. Laurie and Kendra have a gift :)
*Previously opened (on her actual birthday): Cowgirl hat with bandanna and a Laurie Berkner CD from Andrea and Caleb (all big hits), horse on a stick from us (after she opened the cowgirl hat we decided to go ahead and give her the horse-it was the right thing to do), card from Mom and Dad with money for new shoes (we are going to take Lilly shopping this weekend) and a magnetic dress-up doll set from Nana and Grandpa. They also sent FlashPads for both of the girls.
Taken only moments before the tissue paper went flying :) Laurie gave Lilly a huge coloring book, lots of markers (including marker stampers) and a cute activity book. Kendra gave her a horse that she can brush and play with.
It was at this point we decided it was time for lunch
So after cashing in at Chuck E. Cheese, we went to Brixx and then to Krispy Kreme for a treat (no cake this year)
