Happy Fall Y'all

Magic show

I was off for a couple of days earlier this month and it worked out for Lilly and I to go to the zoo with Rachel (and one of her friends) while she was on fall break.

Hot chocolate date with Ellen

Ellen's animal cell model.  She did a great job!

Lilly painting a pumpkin at our church's fall festival last Saturday afternoon.  The other side is multi-colored and covered in glitter :)

One advantage of having a couple of days off work... getting to eat lunch with Ellen :)

Cheekwood Harvest

We went to Cheekwood Saturday to explore the beautiful grounds, check out the scarecrow exhibit, play in the pumpkin house, walk through the museum and watch the trains (not pictured).  Bonus: The girls got to screen print a bag and do a craft inspired by the Nashville skyline.

We ended up eating a late lunch at Crumb de la Crumb in Bellevue (our old stomping grounds) and since we were in the area, stopped by Phillip's Toy Mart before heading home.
